The Challenge
A 48-villa resort development targeting UHNW buyers across Northern Europe, the Gulf, and the UK. The client had no existing media profile and needed to establish credibility ahead of a phased off-plan launch.
Our Approach
We built a six-month editorial campaign across the Financial Times, The Times, and three Gulf-market luxury titles. Coordinated a private press preview in Marbella attended by 14 journalists and a supporting digital campaign targeting audience segments in the UK and UAE.
